Nadine Celik advises national and international clients on real estate law. She has particular experience in the negotiation and legal drafting of commercial leases and advises on real estate related asset management.
Another focus of her work is the comprehensive support of real estate transactions, for example in legal structuring, due diligence and contract negotiations up to the closing.
